Experience: Must have HR or relevant degree in line with the requirements of the role. At least 5 years experience in the healthcare industry on a senior HR level. Must have strong and good experience in all aspects of HR including recruitment, compensation & benefits, organizational design. Healthcare Experience is a must. Requirements: Must be confident and professional to deal and relate with multiple senior level management team members of the group. Good spoken and written communication skills in English. Arabic language skills will be well regarded. Excellent attention to detail. Must be organized and understand processes and procedures.
