• 1.5 years’ experience in HR Manager & Administrator.
• Professional Proposal writer.
• Command on Employees Performance appraisals.
• Employee’s management; Team building, employee satisfaction surveys.
• Expert level knowledge of Review and analysis of Employee Tasks, out puts with respect to target.
• Expert in recruiting the people according to the company policy.
• Experience in post-recruitment, pre-recruitment, joining formalities, employee relation, appraisals, admin Role, applied research, impact assessment, business analysis, strategic planning, Policies development and application.
• Data/Database Management in Microsoft Excel & Access and command on MS Office.
• Management experience works with Chairman as Administrator & secretary.
• Expert in taking the order from the seniors and giving the valuable suggestions.
• Proficient in giving valuable decision and taking the feedback from the employees.
• Knowledge of HRIS technologies.
• File management, Record keeping, documentation, and Correspondence.
