Description: HR Manager Qualifications and Experience Generally Required. Bachelor of Engineering or its equivalent. Minimum seven 7 years of relevant experience in the petrochemical plant, oil refinery, pharmaceutical industry or its equivalent. Strong leadership qualities. Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills. Excellent communication skills.
