Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department
To be the face of the department, providing a warm approach to our colleagues
Assist colleagues with day-to-day matters
Manage the internal HR communication portal
Oversee internal posts between HR, other departments, and colleagues
To provide administrative assistance in HR projects
To meet other requests from employees if applicable
Any other duties assigned to you

Skills And Requirements

University student preferable
Self Confidence and conviction
Integrity, trustworthiness
Self-development
Computer literacy adapted to the field of HR
Hospitality management background and/or psychological background is beneficial
