HR Generalist Required in Dubai

Maintain knowledge of all policies and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and/or other general HC topics.
Employees Relations.
Recruitment and onboarding process
Establish and maintain personnel files in accordance with local labour laws and quality requirement.
Monitor and process documentation required for visa applications and renewals, tickets and hotel bookings as required.
Calculate employee payroll in adherence with Corporate HC & Administration policies and practices and local regulations.
Conduct benefits enrolments and communicate with service providers concerning routine administration of programs.
Internal and External Audit Management.
Assure compliance with Corporate HC & Administration leave policies and local regulations by tracking employee leaves, preparing documentation and other paperwork as required.
Support in the recruitment process by placing advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and reference checks.
Follow up on employee time attendance towards HRMS by issuing reports.
Actively support recruitment process (liaise with agencies, CV screening, and reference checks).
Ordinate with Regional offices towards all HR requirements.
Review and upload on the system employee vacation, permissions and other forms.
Employee Data Analysis and Reports.
Learning Development Process and Management.
Employee Life cycle management (Onboarding to Exit).
ERP System management.
Perform any other related job duties as requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any other related field.
At least two (2) years’ experience is relevant field.
Excellent command of written and oral Arabic and English.
Proficient in computer and internet skills, especially with respect to HR software and tools.
