HR Generalist Required in Dubai - Dubai
We are looking to hire a PART TIME HR GENERALIST for a Beauty Industry Company here in Dubai!
Salary Range - AED 7,000/monthly
Location: Al Qouz, Dubai

Duration: After 3 months, possible regularization
Job Description:
- Plan and conducting orientation to newly hired staffs.
- Monitoring health card expiries and arrange schedule for medical exam.
- Prepare documents and information required for health card (Trakhees and Dubai Municipality).
- Monitoring and arranging re-medical of staffs (OHC and Trakhees).
- Coordinate with PRO department for any new rules in processing of OHC and Trakhees health cards.
- Prepare and provide the required documents/information related to application/renewal of visa, labor card, access card, health card, trakhees card and medical.
- Arranging documents to be signed by employees who are resigned/end of contract/terminated and attending their concerns up to departure from UAE/ providing visa from new employer
- Prepare monthly staff’ report required for managers’ meeting.
- Ordering and nameplate for newly-hired and distribute it to the respective shops.
- Directly arranging damaged nameplates with the supplier to be replaced.
- Replying to bank verification emails for staffs.
- Attending calls from outside (debt collector, banks, etc.) and relaying message to concerned staff/s.
- Sending warning/disciplinary letters to staffs through systems
- Conducting staff survey
- Cancellation of staffs’ insurance card by forwarding required documents and information to finance department.
- Applying insurance for staffs under relative sponsorship and family/dependents of executive staffs.
- Liaise between Finance Department and employees for any issues arise related to insurance as well as the medical reimbursement.
- Requests appliances requirement; inquires quotation and purchase upon approval.
- Arranging driver’s schedule.
- Providing instruction and information to drivers.
- Checking employees’ salary and position history.
- Providing report, documents and information to HR manager and other department as required.
- Assisting in encoding newly-hired staffs’ information in HR data base.
- Assisting in double checking of leave applications.
- Assisting in preparation of certificate of appreciation and poor performance letter.
- Assisting all employees with insurance, health card, cancellations and other HR related concerns.
- Clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, distributing copy to the concerned shops/departments and etc.
- Prepares required reports when needed.
- Performs other related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be vaccinated with 2 doses
-Must have valid residence visa with NOC, emirates ID and passport page copy
-Must be presentable and can work in a busy environment, knows how to converse well in English
