HR Freelancer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Our client is a leading international Courier & Last Mile Delivery solutions provider. They seek an experienced HR Freelancer to review & update corporate HR Policies & Procedures. This is a contract fixed-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Revise, develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with current UAE laws, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including HR leadership, legal counsel, and department heads, to gather input and feedback on policy development and updates.
Conduct research to stay informed about changes in UAE employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend adjustments to policies and procedures as necessary.
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees through various channels, such as employee handbooks, intranet portals, and training sessions.
Provide guidance and support to HR staff and managers on interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures in their daily activities.
Monitor compliance with HR policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.
Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE regulatory requirements and undergo periodic reviews and audits.
Maintain documentation of HR policies, procedures, and revisions, and ensure accessibility and accuracy of information.

Experience and Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years experience in developing, implementing, and managing UAE HR policies and procedures.
Strong understanding of UAE employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
