HR DATA ANALYST REQUIRED IN DUBAI
POSITION: HR Data Analyst
SALARY: up to 7,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience
HIRING COMPANY: A leading distributor and logistic service provider (retailer and wholesaler)
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationals
Male/Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any relevant courses
At least 3 years of experience in the UAE; preferably with human resources function
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledgeable in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
Ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use
Experience of data analysis/data manipulation/problem solving
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible in maintaining periodic reports of employees data
Preparing, maintaining, and updating employee data for the HR information system
Deal with requests for information, and create ad hoc reports for the team, employees and management as required
Collaborating with multiple teams throughout the company on data or new enhancements that require information
Accurately produce all required HR data reports, displayed in appropriate formats, in agreed
time frames. This includes the production of recurrent and ad hoc HR data metrics/dashboards.
Liaise with internal business units to obtain required data.
