HR Business Partner Required in Dubai
- Deliver best in class customer service experience across all touch points
- Conduct outreach sessions to ensure that employees are aware of the policies and procedures, provide them with the support and share feedback with senior management.
- Establish manpower planning in line with the approved
- budget, review/approve organization structures and make recommendations for cost effective structures with optimal spans of control that are aligned to the business strategy
- Support in recruiting and deploying Nationals to meet the Nationalization targets set
- Support the delivery of the hiring of vacant positions in a timely manner by maintaining quality standards
- Track and monitor the recruitment progress liaising with all respective stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of the development plans for talent pool members
- Ensure that talent pool members are rewarded appropriately
- Assist in developing succession plans for Critical roles and N-1 jobs
- Assist in the development of Talent Value Propositions by unit heads and track implementation.
- Act as a strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned Unit by providing HR advice and support.
- Implement Group and EI HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution.
- Uphold a high ethical standard and provide guidance to the Business Unit you support to ensure they are compliant while dealing with people related matters and that it is aligned to the EI culture we uphold.
- Working closely with HR Rewards and Learning & Development to ensure the Employee proposition is robust and competitive.
- Facilitate, support and track employee engagement action plan implementation.
1. Support development of unit specific plan.
2. Obtain updates and track progress of the plan and the initiatives
3. Provide inputs in the design of business focused L&D programs that are aligned to the business initiatives and enhance leadership capabilities of key executives, UAE Nationals, top talents and high performers.
4. Facilitates succession planning for business unit.
5. Facilities deployment of remuneration and reward programs across business units.
6. Act as a key enabler and change agent to support HR projects and initiatives.
7. Collaborates on key performance indicators for Human Resources programs, projects and service level agreements for Shared Services / Operations.
8. Escalates potential policy exceptions .
9. Be the owner for all key processes that have to do with the life cycle of the Employee – most importantly the recruitment, onboarding, engagement and separation of the employee.
10. Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters
11. Manage restructuring and redundancy
12. Provide advice and guidance on individual employee relations cases
