HR & Financial Specialist
Handles payroll, benefit on car loan, allowances, and other benefits for company heads and top executives. From vehicle acquisition/request to its financials. Formulates annual operating budget and forecast for insurance expenses, allowances and car loan allocation benefit. Orientation and presentation of benefits to employees. Employee relations.


HR CORE ADMINISTRATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE

Acts as the company’s HR Partner for parent company, subsidiaries and to country’s 16 regional network group and handling 4 accounts outside (ABS-CBN Europe, Italy, London, USA-California) for branch head’s car plan, car/life insurance, payroll deduction and other benefits, updated policies and other documentation.

Supervises and implements payroll deductions for company's executives (MGR to VP level). Informs executives and HR accounts schedule and nature of deduction/s for monitoring and implementation.

In charge of overall car loan process and insurance negotiation/unit acquisition. Acts as company liaison to affiliated banks, insurance companies and top car dealers for car loan arrangement. Improved company’s relationship to these institutions for the past three years and been enjoying competitive discounts. Negotiated to the affiliated bank/ car dealers for lower interest and acquisition cost rate resulting to a lesser company expense.

Provides excellent customer service to company’s department heads and top executives for car loan, car insurance and other benefits. Improved the service of the team for the last 4 years by formulating a comprehensive monitoring for other benefits release & car loan application until the completion of the process.

Provides immediate response to queries requiring a comprehensive presentation for a better understanding of car loan, other benefits and its financials. Maintained good relationship with department’s heads and top executives. Initiated a process flow chart for car plan.

FINANCIAL

Managing end to end cycle of car loan, insurance and its financials. Conducted a clean-up project for car loan, insurance and other employee benefits resulting to an accounted database for HR system.

Clearing of monthly car loan amortization to affiliated partnered bank. Making sure that all debited accounts are balance with the billing stated. Address necessary report to company’s finance officer and the bank for any discrepancy/ies and other necessary adjustments needed.

Process monthly insurance payment to affiliated insurance companies. Making sure that all insurance premiums are processed and settled within the timeline outlined to respective payables. Inform insurance company officer once the check for payment are available for pick up. Insurance includes car, life and medical, property and building. Conducts reconciliation after.

Processing other benefits claim such as dental, housing, educational, gas allowance etc.

Conducts monthly internal reconciliation of initial car loan and insurance payments versus SAP, actual and bank’s records; make necessary journal entries. Partnered with treasury team, cashier and accounts payable resulting to a clean and thorough reconciliation monthly. Backlog accounts for the last10 years have been cleaned up through partnership with internal audit resulting to accurate records.

Verifies and analyzes SAP records for advances monthly car loan schedule, making sure that employees are properly deducted on the set scheduled date. Address issues/delay immediately. Directly reports to Corporate Finance officer and been using for monthly mancom (managers conference) and audit season.

End to end checking and monitoring reimbursements of benefits (educational, dental, housing, gas allow, etc.) to employees within the approved limits. Making sure that all accounts are accounted and within the service outline timeline.

In charge budget for annual for insurance, car loan, allowances and other benefits for next succeeding year.
