HR ASSISTANT REQUIRED IN DUBAI

We are looking to hire an HR Associate in its corporate headquarters in Dubai. Our company consists of multiple computer retail stores in Dubai and has a staff size of over 50 people. The company has been in business for 20 years.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Manage the HR records of employees in the central system including personal information, vacation, and performance.
- Work with finance team to process payroll
- Manage employee feedback and grievances.
- Develop the employee handbook
- Lead the recruitment of other employees including writing job descriptions, screening candidates and arranging interviews

Candidate qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or relevant fields
- 2 years of work-experience in an HR role, ideally in a retail company
- Intermediate level of MS Office including MS Excel
- Experience with Employee Management Systems and HR Management systems
- High level of English and Hindi
