I m looking for admin & HR assistant and i have experience in this filed,

HR & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities and key skill
• Knowledge about the HR work new visa apply, visa medical, visa renewal, visa cancellation, maintain employees leave entitlement record, air ticket booking etc.
• provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• perform data entry and scan documents
• assist in resolving any administrative problems
• answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• maintain office supplies for department
• Maintain contact lists
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
• Performs basic clerical tasks. Operates standard office equipment. May require computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge about CCTV Operating system configuration with local network
