JOB PROFILE
Administration:
• Handle incoming calls, mails and other documents scheduling diaries, and handling filing and keeping documents up-to-date
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
• Maintain schedules and calendars.
• Arrange and confirm appointments.
• Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Make travel arrangements for the staff as and when required.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or over telephone.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, regulations.
Human Resource
• Recruitment and Induction for newly joining staff
• Handling attendance sheets leave documents and all other employee related files.
• Updating notice board regularly for circulars and training s for employees
• Handle all enquiries related to HR
• Conduct interviews, and assist Human Resource Officer whenever needed.
