Scope Of Work: To ensure all of the hotel employee accommodation is kept clean and tidy and fixtures and furniture is kept in a good state of repair at all times. Job Responsibilities: 1. To clean all designated areas within hotel provided accommodation in accordance with the provided cleaning schedule. 2. To monitor and report any areas within hotel provided accommodation that are being kept in an unclean/unhygienic state by hotel colleagues. 3. On a daily basis conduct maintenance checks and report any maintenance issues to the concerned person within the Human Resources Department. 4. To monitor and report any misuse of hotel property within the hotel provided accommodation reporting to the concerned person within the Human Resources Department. 5. To provide guidance and information to hotel colleagues to ensure all persons abide by the accommodation rules and regulations. 6. Under the guidance of the concerned person within the Human Resources Department, prepare the Onboarding requirements for the arrival of all new colleagues. 7. To assist the Human Resources Department when required with the cleaning of colleague locker rooms/toilets within the hotel. 8. To assist the Human Resources Department when required with colleague activities both inside and outside of the hotel. 9. To demonstrates the 12-Service Excellence Basics. 10. Keeps updated with new products in the market and all hotel activities and facilities. HR Responsibilities: 11. Attends all hotel trainings as required. 12. Adheres to all HR and hotel policies and procedures. 13. Continually strives to improve self knowledge and skills. Financial Responsibilities: 14. Monitors and controls all cleaning equipments and materials. 15. Actively participates in energy saving and recycling initiatives. General Responsibilities: 16. Attends departmental meetings and daily briefings as required. 17. Ensures that the appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform and appearance are maintained at all times. 18. Strictly adheres to the hotels Policy on Confidentiality and Ethics. 19. To actively participate in all EHSMS requirements. 20.
