Job Title: Housemaid with Chinese Cooking Skills

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled housemaid with expertise in Chinese cooking to join our household. As a housemaid, your primary responsibilities will include cooking delicious Chinese meals for a family of three and maintaining a clean and tidy living environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Chinese Cooking:

- Prepare a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, based on the family's preferences and dietary requirements.

- Use your knowledge of Chinese ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques to create flavorful and well-presented meals.

- Ensure that the meals are cooked to perfection, paying attention to taste, texture, and visual appeal.

- Adapt recipes and menus to accommodate any special requests or dietary restrictions.

2. Cleaning the House:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, and utensils after cooking to maintain a hygienic cooking environment.

- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, and other parts of the house as needed.

- Manage laundry and ironing tasks, ensuring that clothes and linens are washed, folded, and put away properly.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a housemaid with expertise in Chinese cuisine.

- In-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.

- Ability to prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, soups, dumplings, and noodles.

- Familiarity with various cooking utensils, kitchen appliances, and equipment used in Chinese cuisine.

- Strong cleanliness and organizational skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

- Flexibility to work on a schedule that meets the needs of the family.
