Position: Hostess (Fresher)

Location: Al Qusais, Dubai

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual for one of our client as a Hostess Intern. As a Hostess Intern, you will play a vital role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This internship opportunity is designed to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and Welcoming Guests

• Reservation Management

• Seating and Table Management

• Customer Service:

• Guest Engagement

• Lounge Operations Support

• Upselling and Promotion

• Training and Development

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or recently completed a hospitality or related degree/diploma program.

• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the lounge's operational requirements

• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
