Description:

As a Hostess, you are required to represent the hotel as the Ambassador welcoming guests to dine in restaurant. Assist the Team Leader, Assistant Manager and Outlet Manager to plan and organize the processes of welcoming and seating guests on daily basis and provides hands-on support to food and beverage colleagues proving quality and speed of service that are consistent with Hotel operating procedures.

Qualifications:

Total of 2 years in Food and Beverage service
At least 2 years in the same role in a 5 * international environment
Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
Organized and well planned
Able to work with speed and efficiency throughout maintaining positive attitude
Up-selling skills training, HACCP
