Hostess Required in Dubai

The opportunity is with one of our clients – Wellness Center.

Position: Hostess

Location: Jumeirah, Dubai

Salary Range: AED 3000 to 3500 (All inclusive total salary)

Job Responsibilities:

Be the go-to person who orchestrates guests before they get seated in the Cafe.
Greet guests, and create a warm and welcoming environment for clients from the moment they enter the establishment.
Managing a wait-list, if there is any.
Communicating wait times to guests, if needed.
Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers, colleagues and management.
Ensure guests' experience are excellent and manage guest’s feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Work with internal departments to meet company objectives.
Constantly and independently learning and developing knowledge related to all services offered in the business.
Present, and promote products / services / special offers according to management’s suggestions.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Collecting data of clients and visitors at all times to expand our database.

Job requirements:

Excellent communication skills
Relevant experience as Hostess / Receptionist in Hospitality industry
