Hostess Required in Dubai

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess located in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional tasks include coordinating with team members, maintaining cleanliness in the hosting area, and providing excellent customer service to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
Experience in managing Reservations and seating arrangements
Polished Communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal communication
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for handling guest inquiries
Organized and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
