Welcomes guests upon arrival, assists with chairing, and, if possible, offers the menu and announces Waiter/Waitress's name.
Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists regularly.
Accommodating the customer's requests as much as possible and permissible by the rules and policies of the restaurant.
Enhances the reputation of the restaurant by acting with the utmost politeness, diplomacy, and tact when dealing with customers and management.
Maintain a clean reception area.
Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly).
Engage with guests while they are waiting and ensure the complimentary welcome drink is served.
Ensuring all customer servers get good assistance from waiters/waitresses.
Providing important information obtained in SevenRooms to manage customer needs namely:
1. VIP bookings
2. Dietary requirements or allergies if provided by customers
To complete and prepare seating allocation and briefing sheets daily.
Occasionally take orders.
Provide warm farewells to guests on departure.
Ensure grooming standards are followed and uniform is always presentable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in comparable roles in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant
Experience in customer service within a similar commercial environment.
Hands-on experience reservations system.

2+ years of proven relevant experience.
Experience in customer service within a similar commercial environment.
Graduate diploma or equivalent degree in restaurant & hotel management.
Certification in hospitality and customer services
Food safety training
