Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.
Vehicle Maintenance:

Regular Checks: Perform routine maintenance checks on the vehicle, including oil changes, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
Cleaning: Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable, both inside and out.
Repairs: Arrange for repairs and servicing as needed and keep records of maintenance activities.
