Head of Professional Career Ladder - Abu Dhabi
Bachelor in Engineering Degree with Additional qualification in HR is recommended. 10 to 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in field operations, including at least 5 to 7 years in the development, implementation and administration of Professional Career Ladder activities.
