We are seeking a talented Head of Information Technology (Head of IT) who will oversee all IT functions in the company, managing technology operations and the implementation of IT policies and systems.
The position is responsible for the company’s IT assets and technology, operations, information security, policies, and systems, supporting strategies set by upper management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Management of all technology operations, including information security
· Definition and implementation of IT policies and systems to support the company’s strategies
· Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
· Analysis of departments requirements and support of their business needs
· Identification of key skills and talent gaps in the organization’s IT
· Identification and management of external vendors and service providers
· Review and administration of the company’s management, finance, HR, cloud and development tools
· Provide leadership in technology innovation and enablement
· Supervision and mentorship of IT senior management and leaders
PRIMARY SKILLS:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
· 5+ years Proven experience as IT senior manager, director, and/or head of information technology
· 8+ years Experience with IT management in the Microsoft platform (Azure, 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
· Solid knowledge of best practices in IT management, administration, information security and operations
· Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
· Solid knowledge of IT management frameworks, libraries, and models (e.g.: ITIL, SCRUM, PMP)
· Knowledge of cloud platforms, data warehousing, architecture, and networking
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent leadership abilities, interpersonal and communication skills
· Strategic thinking
