The Role

Human Resources guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, Quality, Health, and safety programs for TECON SES .

Leading a team you will be responsible for:

Training & Development:

· Ensure that regular trainings culture is maintained, and each employee is attending minimum number of trainings.

Talent Management:

· Manage Talent development drives in Tecon SES through aligning organization leaders on importance of Setting Performance Goals and objectives in line with Tecon overall Strategy and business objectives.

Quality:

· Ensure continuous and timely Compliance to local legislation

· Providing advice and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. Promoting open communications and a positive work environment.

HSE:

· Manage Tecon SES employee health and safety drives. Ensuring factory HSE representatives are adequately placed as well trained on QHSE policies and regulations.

C&B:

· Realign the Organization’s compensation and benefits structure.

· Review existing compensation and benefits systems and processes that attract, retain, and motivate employees.

· Administer compensation programs and processes in line with local market benchmark and competitiveness.

Strategy:

· Work strategically with Business Leaders on succession planning, organization planning in addition to Employee Relations, discipline, and employee grievances.

· Recommending Policies and practices that improves HR performance and create space for strategic business contributions.

· Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes annual recruitment, Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams and community events support, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.

· Leads the development of Human Resources department goals, objectives, and systems.

· Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs, and coaching and mentoring the employees on the areas of improvement.

You will currently be based in United Arab Emirates and ideally have the following experience:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related Field

- CIPD / SHRM membership / certificate preferred

- A minimum of 10 - 15 years of relevant experience
