Head of Human Resources Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic HR plan aligned with the company's overall business objectives
Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and direction on all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across diverse EMEA and APAC countries
Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and productive work environment and addressing any employee concerns or grievances promptly
Manage the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs that are competitive and attractive to top talent
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and inclusive work environment for the whole 1inch team
Partner with business leaders across the EMEA and APAC region to understand their HR needs and provide strategic advice and support
Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices in the WEB3 industry
About You:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably within the WEB3 industry
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a global or multi-regional environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development
Experience in managing a diverse HR team and fostering a culture of collaboration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees and senior management
In-depth knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations across the EMEA and APAC region is a plus
Passion for People and Crypto is a must-have :)
