Head of HR Required in Dubai - Dubai
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the group of companies
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding
Implement and maintain effective HR processes and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Partner with senior management to provide strategic HR advice and support on organizational development, succession planning, and change management initiatives
Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture through the development and implementation of employee recognition programs and initiatives
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices within the group of companies
Job requirements
Proven experience as an HR leader or in a similar senior HR role in a group of companies
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity
Proficient in HRIS and other HR software
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
