A large governmental developer in Dubai is looking for a Head of Asset Management to join their team. The role will focus on managing the owned assets of the company which include many hospitality assets and some residential and commercial assets both within the UAE and across the globe. This will be a strategic role which will initially include re structuring the department, amending all policies and procedures and growing the team as well as being a very hands on asset management role. My client is looking for someone who comes from a pure asset management background 15-20 years experience with a focus on hospitality asset management but candidates must also have experience of managing other asset classes during their career. The perfect candidate would have experience working for both a consultancy and client side with experience within the GCC and another mature market such as the UK, Australia or Singapore.
