Head Hostess Required in Dubai
Manage the hostess/cashiers and make sure that all guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Greet guests as they come in and assigns them to a table.
Maintain waiting list, reservations and seating chart for entire restaurant throughout service
Answer phone and take phone reservations, answering questions, providing directions, recording take-out orders
Ensure the customers are always delighted and leave having a positive experience
Qualifications:
Female, 45 years old and below
At least 3 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, should be from fine dining / high end restaurants)
Should be fully vaccinated
Should be highly presentable
