Position Title: Head Chef

About the Client:

A high-end restaurant & café in Dubai

Job Description:

 Create quality recipe and menu items

 Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

 Control and direct the food preparation process

 Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing

 Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management

Qualifications:

 Open to European nationals

 45 years old and below

 Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related field

 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role; Mediterranean/Italian/French/European cuisine experience is a must; seafood background is a plus
