Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Tiasto DMCC located in Dubai. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests while adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
Expertise in a variety of cuisines, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
Demonstrated ability to manage and train kitchen staff
Experience in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management
Familiarity with local and international food safety and hygiene regulations
Bachelor's degree or higher in Culinary Arts or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
