Responsibilities

Develop personalized teaching plans based on each student’s skill level, goals, and interests
Provide one-on-one and group music lessons to students of all ages and levels
Prepare students for music exams, performances, and competitions
Administer evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students
Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
Foster a positive and inspiring learning environment that encourages students to stay engaged and motivated
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure that the curriculum is aligned with the student’s learning needs

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching guitar and drums
A deep understanding of music theory, sight-reading, and ear training
