Graphics Designer Required in Dubai
This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the function by overseeing budget management, performance reporting, strategic planning, and internal team engagement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional project management skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to navigate senior leadership environments with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Planning and Reporting
Lead the development and tracking of annual goals and objectives for the Group Communications & Strategy function.
Manage monthly performance reporting processes, consolidating key updates, KPIs, and progress against strategic priorities.
Coordinate inputs and prepare high-quality presentations and reports for executive leadership meetings and Board-level reviews.
Budget Management
Support budget planning, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditure, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Work closely with Finance and budget owners to ensure alignment on financial planning and timely reporting.
Identify cost optimisation opportunities and support in managing vendor and agency spend.
Strategic and Annual Planning
Drive the annual strategy development process for the Group Communications & Strategy team, coordinating stakeholder inputs and ensuring timely delivery of a cohesive and actionable strategy.
Support the EVP in monitoring progress against strategic initiatives, identifying risks, and ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
Leadership and Team Engagement
Plan and manage leadership team meetings, quarterly reviews, and offsites, including agenda development, content creation, and logistics.
Act as a key point of contact for internal communications within the Group Communications function, ensuring timely and effective information flow across the team.
Lead initiatives to foster team collaboration, engagement, and alignment with functional priorities.
Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and point of coordination for the EVP, helping to manage priorities, follow-ups, and key actions.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Project Management certification is a plus.
10+ years of experience in project management, executive support, or business operations within a large, complex organisation.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-impact presentations and reports.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
