Homes 4 Life Real Estate team is growing and are looking to recruit a graphic designer who has a keen eye on detail with an exceptional performance record of the past. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Key Responsibilities:
· Should be able to design, conceptualize and draft eye catching artwork
· Should be able to design and draft social media campaigns, design E-flyers and email formats for advertising.
· Should be able to manage WordPress based website for landing pages
· Need to have knowledge about artwork sizes of social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
· Should be able to edit videos as post production and animation
· Create images that creatively convey a message
· Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms
· Manage video editing on Premier Pro or related software
· Should be able to work on templates on After Effects
· Select colors, images, text style, and layout Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design according to brand
· Should follow the marketing guidelines of the developers
· Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
· Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation templates
· Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
· Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format.
· Utilizes wire framing and graphic sketches where appropriate.
· Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective.
· Help create guidelines and creative identities where needed
· Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed
· Proactively suggest creative content / designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives
· Keep an eye on the current trends and develop content accordingly
· Will create a design for email marketing campaign.
Job Qualifications and Experience.
· Experience as a graphic designer in Real Estate or related industry
· Strong knowledge and experience of Photoshop and Illustrator
· Strong knowledge and experience of Premier Pro and After Effects
· Understanding of the real estate market is preferred
· Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
· A strong eye for visual composition.
· Practical experience working as a graphic designer required preferably in a real estate firm
· Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
· Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
· Must be flexible and ready to take new challenges in a positive manner.
· Should be able to work methodically and meet deadline
· Must be a team player.
· Ability to meet project deadlines
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multi-tasking capabilities
