Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Dubai-based Graphic Designer who will be responsible for the conceptualization and delivery of high-impact digital marketing and communication materials to strengthen the company’s global branding.

Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Design and produce high-quality graphics for use across multiple platforms, including digital media and print (when required)
Interpreting master concepts and developing design deliverables in line with the concepts.
Uses graphic design applications/software in the planning process and incorporates consumer/brand insights during the design phase
Ensures that all graphic designs are supported by clear ideation, effective use of aesthetics, scale, spacing, color, and texture
Selects the best medium to present or produce the design concept using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques
Prepares visual presentations by designing art and copy layouts, and ensures design content meets brand/business requirements
Updating collaterals in English and Arabic languages
Develop engaging visual content for use on social media, our websites, and other digital platforms
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns
Manage and maintain a library of graphics and video assets
Ensure the desired quality of produced materials is met.
Creation of visual materials required for marketing campaigns, social media
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure that REDA's creative output remains fresh and relevant
All other related activities assigned by the management

Qualifications:

A degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Arts, or any related field
Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Google Web designer studio experience is a plus
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly Powerpoint
Passionate about Photography, Videography and Visual Content Creation
Proven experience in creating engaging video content for social media and digital platforms
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work proactively and effectively in a collaborative team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
A solid portfolio with samples
