What Will The Role Look Like
Calling all motion designers for this [remote full-time] opportunity!
Who you are - You are mega creative and passionate about your work. You are accountable and SPEED is your best friend.
What you’ll do - You will be involved in developing and creating winning advertising videos. You will create captivating visual assets and bring life into their creation.

How Your Day Will Look Like
Creating and delivering motion videos for ads
Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
Meeting with team and clients to understand needs and share ideas
Responding to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
What Does It Take To Be a Successful Designer
A mix of hard work and creativity ;)
A can-do attitude all the time
Requirements
If you fit the bill you know the drill:
You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer at a marketing/advertising agency, or in-house creative team as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.
You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
You are organized and can work at a speed
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
