Tasks assigned to the candidate:
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Advise on strategies to engage target audiences
Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate the project; vision while complying with design best practices
Create designs using illustration, Photoshop, photo editing and layout software
Select colors, images, typography and layout for communication materials, including websites, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and social media posts
Illustrating concepts by designing rough drafts of art arrangement, font size, and style, and submitting for approval
Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback received
Collaborate with different stakeholders and team members, suppliers, and creative team members such as marketing, sales, and business operations, throughout the various phases of a project to determine scope and deliverables
Use digital graphic design software to create graphic images and design layouts that communicate MBZUH messaging and achieve artistic or decorative effects, including a selection of colors, images, and fonts
Communicate designs and concepts to end-users or manager before incorporating their recommended changes into revised designs
Testing graphics across various media
Amending designs based on stakeholder feedback
Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Keep up-to-dup to date he latest design trends, tools, and technologies
Skills and requirement:
Bachelors/Higher Diploma in Graphic Design
Very good communication skills
Quick Learner
bilingual (Arabic and English)
Ability to demonstrate a high level of creativity
Knowledge of Graphic Design Tools
Good working knowledge in all MS OFFICE Applications
Knowledge of 2D/3D, stop motion and computer-generated animation
A creative mind and a strong visual imagination. an eye for detail and good
color vision.
Proven experience as an animator and designer
A creative storyteller with presentation abilities
Comfortable working with deadlines and budget
Teamwork and excellent communication skills
UAE National
Interfaces with: MBZUH Staff; IT, HR, events
