The Chef Middle East team is growing and we are looking for new talent to join our team!
The Graphic Designer will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics and sales collaterals for a variety of media and applications and support the company’s digital marketing activities and strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
Developing illustrations, logos, designs, sales and marketing materials: products e-catalogues (seasonal, category, solution-based), print catalogues, brochures, logos for private labelling, events branding identity and collaterals etc.
Creating web designs to optimize the company’s website and increase online brand visibility: web design lift, web banners, Google Ads post and other web-based applications.
Assisting in building and managing a rich and creative content calendar that attracts a qualified audience to the company’s channels (including blog posts, reports, social media, website etc.).
Developing the current corporate guidelines and creating a set of branded corporate tools: corporate presentation deck, email signatures, business cards, internal newsletter, corporate reports etc.
Supporting the marketing plan, team and activities in daily tasks besides graphic design scope (social media, EDM, internal newsletter, web language and maintenance etc.), mostly digital marketing tasks-related.
Supporting and contributing to photography and videography content creation.
Supporting and contributing to maintaining e-commerce platform and customer database up-to-date (CMS, coding).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
Proven graphic designing experience with strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
Excellent knowledge of design and photo-editing software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.).
Prior experience in the food industry is a definite plus.
Experience in photography and videography is a definite plus
