Position Summary :
We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer, who will take direction from the Marketing team to design, and adapt brand assets.
Play an integral part in developing visuals and creative for the success of the Marketing team.
Responsible of designing assets and conceptualizing campaigns in accordance to Branding and Communication Guidelines of the company.
· Work with a team in graphic designing projects using latest technology software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
· Exercise skills in Photography and Videography for video editing projects with the marketing team.
· Meet deadlines on assignments from different departments involving graphics
· Monitor workflow in an advertising campaign, and must have a solid coding ability, knowledge of rich media technologies and skills in internet marketing.
Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image
Collaborate with team members on projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results
Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best
Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing
Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations
Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
Coordinating with the Design team in generating new and innovative design ideas
Experience and qualifications:
2 years of experience in a similar role
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Familiarity with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop.
Knowledge of graphic design techniques and latest trends
Strong sense of color combinations, fonts, and layout
Excellent communication and time management skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
Good analytical and decision-making skills
