Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2 A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in graphic design
3 Ability to work independently and to take initiative
4 Attentive to details
5 Constantly seeking to improve know how
6 Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
7 Excellent time management skills
8 Good command of English
9 Proven graphic designing experience
10 A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
11 Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere)
12 Create designs and projects per marketing department requirements
13 Study design briefs and determine requirements
14 Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
15 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
16 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
17 Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
18 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
