The Graphic Designer is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This includes reviewing, updating, and maintaining the company’s visual representation in all aspects of design. The creative talents of the individual in this role will be applied to event management, digital advertisements, marketing material, sales documents, trade show material and web graphics.
In collaboration with respective department heads, the Group Graphic Designer is responsible for developing company imageries and delivering a powerful and consistent brand. This will be achieved via digital and print form and by leveraging the ability of a proven graphic with great attention to details.
Role
> Producing attractive and effective designs for all media
> Create graphics in a highly technical environment
> Maintain brand standards and style
> Design, build and maintain social media identity
> Support the management team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects
> Develop concepts for and design all collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, email headers, trade show banners, ads, newsletters, invitations, certificates, forms, vouchers and coupons as needed.
> Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing
> Make various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production
> Coordinate with any third-party marketing services and agencies
> Update all relevant marketing material in line with recommendations from the senior management team.
> Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics
> Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for discussion and approval.
> Support department heads in various marketing and communications projects
Qualifications & Skills
> Bachelors (minimum) degree in the related field and/or certifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
> Two to three years of graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
> Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Handles Rejection
> Advanced knowledge of current graphic design (and related) software applications & 3D visualization in any of the following software - Autocad, Maya, 3DS Max and VRay. Microsoft packages, 3Dmax, Plus Point, SketchUp, Adobe Creative suite - Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
