GRAPHIC DESIGNER Required in Dubai
Livrichy Real Estate is looking for a Graphic Designer who can give our listings, our launches, and our people a visual identity that matches the level of the properties we sell. You’ll be the creative hand behind everything our audience sees — from a scroll-stopping Instagram carousel to an investor-facing off-plan brochure.
This is a broad, hands-on creative role inside a fast-growing brokerage — not a narrow production seat. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership, and you’ll see your work go live within days, not months.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Design daily social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok — listings, agent branding, culture and recruitment content, and campaign creative.
Produce advertising creatives for paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and property portals, sized and adapted correctly per platform.
Build polished presentations and pitch decks for investors, off-plan launches, and leadership.
Maintain and evolve Livrichy’s brand identity — templates, guidelines, and consistency across every touchpoint.
Create real estate-specific marketing materials: property brochures, floor plan layouts, listing sheets, off-plan project kits, signage, and email templates.
Turn quick, sometimes same-day briefs from sales and marketing into deadline-ready creative without sacrificing quality.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong, varied portfolio — required to apply.
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva and basic motion/video editing (for Reels and short-form) are a plus.
Experience across social content, advertising creative, presentation design, and brand identity work.
Real estate, property, or luxury-brand marketing experience is a strong advantage.
An eye for brand consistency, plus the speed to move from brief to finished asset fast.
