Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

The Outreach Graphic Designer works directly with the Outreach Director to create engaging visual content that supports the Branch’s outreach initiatives and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design posters, social media graphics, banners, presentations, and promotional materials for Branch activities.

• Ensure all visuals align with ASHRAE branding guidelines and Branch visual standards.

• Collaborate with the Outreach Director and Events Department to turn campaign ideas into impactful visual communication.

• Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for continuity and future use.

• Revise and improve designs based on leadership feedback in a timely and professional manner.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual consistency

• Reliable and able to meet deadlines

• Open to feedback and collaborative teamwork

Scope & Boundaries:

• Supports outreach and campaign execution but does not define Branch strategy or public positions.

• All designs and campaigns must align with Branch standards and leadership oversight.

• Does not independently represent the Branch in formal external communications or agreements.
