Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports property marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials for real estate projects (brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts)

Create property listings visuals and promotional campaigns

Develop branding elements for projects and campaigns

Design digital ads for platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)

Edit images and enhance property photos

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams

Maintain brand consistency across all designs

Prepare print-ready files for production

Create presentations (Pitch Decks / Company Profiles)

Support video team with thumbnails and simple motion graphics (if required)

Requirements

Proficiency in:

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Adobe InDesign

Basic knowledge of:

Adobe After Effects / Premiere (Plus)

Strong understanding of:

Branding

Layout & Typography

Color theory

Experience in social media design

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail
Preferred Experience:

Experience in real estate marketing (preferred)

Experience with property portals or listings

Knowledge of UAE market is a plus
