We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective to our marketing campaigns, create visually appealing designs, and effectively communicate our brand to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Creativity:

Develop high-quality graphics and visual content for print and digital platforms, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and presentations.

Create visually appealing layouts for marketing campaigns and real estate project promotions.

2. Brand Identity Management:

Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines.

Work to maintain a consistent look and feel across all design outputs.

3. Real Estate-Specific Content:

Design engaging materials such as property listings, floor plans, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective content tailored to the real estate market.

4. Collaboration & Feedback:

Work closely with photographers, videographers, and marketing specialists to enhance visual content.

Incorporate feedback to refine designs and meet project requirements.

5. Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and tools to enhance creativity and innovation in deliverables.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in real estate or a related industry.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including real estate-focused work.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not mandatory).
