Graphic Designer Required in Dubai

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact. The role involves listening to clients and understanding their needs before making design decisions. Their design are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, digital publishing, advertising, brochures, posters, product packaging, targeted materials, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving organizations a visual ‘brand’. The job may involve managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job. Applying Creative Design based on a rough brief in a short period of time.

Responsibilities

Client Collaboration & Concept Development: Meet with clients to understand their business objectives, translate their needs into creative concepts, and develop design briefs through research.
Creative Design & Execution: Produce innovative design ideas, including logos, illustrations, and layouts, and refine concepts within time and budget constraints using various media and design software.
Project Management: Estimate project timelines, provide client quotes, oversee the design process, and ensure high-quality outputs, including print-ready materials and digital content.
Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, web developers, and other stakeholders to execute design projects and commission external creatives as needed.
Ongoing Learning & Event Support: Stay updated on emerging design technologies and support event planning and communications teams for GAL events and other initiatives

Qualifications

Possesses at least 3 years’ experience in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other image manipulation software.
Experience in developing design brief, illustrative sketches and layouts in a Design Development Life Cycle.
