We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer & Content Writer with over 5 years of expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and content creation, preferably in the real estate industry. This role requires a creative professional who can deliver compelling visuals and engaging content, tailored to a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality graphics, marketing materials, and branding assets.
Develop engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread compelling content, including brochures, blogs, newsletters, and property listings.
Create presentations, infographics, and other visual content to support business goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all design and written content.
Stay updated on industry trends to produce innovative and relevant materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and content writing.
Proven track record of designing for the real estate industry (preferred).
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong portfolio of written work.
