Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai
Key responsibilities:
• Create innovative graphic designs and content for various marketing channels, using a range of design software.
• Review and update marketing collateral regularly, ensuring alignment with business updates and maintaining high design standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, colleagues, and external partners to produce collateral that meets the original brief and objectives.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks based on the marketing plan and social media calendar deadlines.
• Assist the marketing team in event planning and organisation, ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
• Ensure the highest quality and accuracy of copy, visuals, and overall design in all outputs.
• Manage the internal distribution and availability of up-to-date collateral, using email, shared folders, and internal systems.
• Maintain a record of all projects, including job numbers and time taken for completion, for tracking purposes.
• Update brand guidelines regularly to reflect business needs, ensuring all materials are consistent with the brand identity.
• Adhere strictly to copywriting and formatting guidelines in all designs.
• Stay informed about the latest design technologies and industry best practices.
• Monitor competitor designs to ensure our marketing materials remain competitive and innovative.
• Liaise with external vendors to oversee production and distribution of materials across departments and offices.
• Additional tasks may be assigned depending on marketing priorities.
Requirements:
• A degree in graphic design, visual communication, graphic arts, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a diverse portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Suite products, including Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
• Proficiency with other design tools such as Canva, Storyblocks, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Expertise in photography, videography, animation, and video production.
• Exceptional creativity combined with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, particularly in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a high attention to detail to ensure accurate and well-presented content.
• A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent teamwork skills.
