As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visual narratives that enhance our brand identity and guest engagement. Your creative expertise will bring our marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and in-house designs to life, ensuring that every visual element reflects our high standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all platforms, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and values.
Create visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, brochures, menus, and signage.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute creative campaigns that captivate our target audience.
Design and produce high-quality visual content for web, social media, and email marketing.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to inspire fresh, innovative designs.

Develop and maintain a library of templates for recurring design needs, ensuring consistency across all communications.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in the hospitality or lifestyle industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities.
A keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
