Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Develop visually appealing and consistent designs for marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and design product catalogues, brochures, and sales materials that showcase our range effectively for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Create detailed and accurate POSM and packaging designs, considering aspects like dimensions, materials, and printing techniques, while focusing on the product's visibility, usability, and shelf impact as briefed by core brand teams.
Create extended content development for digital, social and e-commerce as briefed by core brand and digital teams.
UI/UX Support:

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and internal product managers to help visualise wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for all digital platforms.
Efficient Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to streamline workflow and ensure timely project completion while establishing SLA’s.
Data base process management

Launch an internal ‘Vault’ to maintain database of clearly coded artworks, regulatory labels, and other advertising collateral.

Experience:

Min 4-5 years of practical experience in a similar domain & position
Experience in FMCG is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Bilingual (Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must).
Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, and catalogue design, preferably within FMCG industry.
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs across various platforms, including digital interfaces and printed materials.
Have a deep understanding of various packaging materials, finishes, and printing techniques commonly used in the FMCG industry.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
