Graphic Designer Required in Dubai - Dubai

Responsibilities:
Create Artwork suited for 360 Degree Marketing Strategies
Study/Create design briefs and determine requirements
Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Liaise with Printing Press and external Suppliers
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Skills:
Conceptualization and Design: Interpret and conceptualize design briefs into visually appealing artwork that aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
Graphic Creation: Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
Deliver Packaging Design ready for printing press and suppliers
Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all channels.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom to produce professional-grade artwork. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative team, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Revision and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure designs are fresh and relevant.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all design assets.
File Management: Maintain organized files and records of all design work for easy access and future reference.
